If an item is out of stock, the Personal Shopper will contact the customer before they check out to ask about a replacement. If the customer does not get a replacement, the item is refunded.

Fresh Seasons Market will leave the order with a doorman, front desk person or at your front door only if you indicate this in the order notes. If there is beer, spirits, or wine in the order, the customer must reschedule a delivery time in which they are available. IDs must be checked for alcohol purchases.
